Had an actuator fail and did a little research and immediately found RAE, called and talked to a Rep, she was very respectful and polite. I ordered the new actuator and it got to me within 48 hrs. Opened the new box and found a great packing job with the return label. Replaced the new actuator within an hour per the instructions in the box. Packaged the core and returned it, received a call from RAE with 24hrs asking about the experience. I am in the automotive repair business and can not remember the last time I had such a pleasant experience with a part retrieval and replacement.

The turbo actuator works as designed, and the VGT works well. The instructions explain the calibration procedure well. This fixed my problem, thanks!
