I purchased a turbo from RAE last summer, although I had some initial issues, they were always available, and incredibly knowledgeable to help with trouble shooting. Their warranty program, and customer service is the best in the business. I travel for a living, and happened to be very close to their facility, and they offered to give a tour. I was more than impressed with the professionalism of both the facility, and the staff. I highly recommend RAE and their products.
